On May 5th, 2021 the second episode of Polyphonies was streamed live on Facebook. "Cultivating Mental Wellness for Artists" is the name of the second episode and it explored mental health in these challenging times, especially in relation with musicians in the performing arts.

- Tianyi Lu the Conductor-In-Residence with the Stavanger Symphony Orchestra, the inaugural Female-Conductor-In-Residence at the Welsh National Opera, principal conductor of the St. Woolos Sinfonia and regularly conducts concerts in the UK, Europe, Australasia and the USA. In 2020 Tianyi won First Prize at the Sir Georg Solti International Conductors Competition in Frankfurt, Germany and was the first woman to win First Prize in the 11th International Conducting Competition Guido Cantelli in Italy.A Chinese-born New Zealander, Tianyi is strongly committed to positive social change through music, conducting education, community and outreach projects, and championing diversity and inclusion. She explores musical scores through movement and dance and believes in the intuitive power of the body for self-expression and healing.
- Sara Hershkowitz a three-time nominee in Opernwelt for Singer of the Year, the most recent being in 2020 for her portrayal of Sopran 1 in Luigi Nono’s Al Gran Sole Carico d’Amore. Past nominations were for her roles as Zaide in Chaya Czernowin/W.A. Mozart’s Zaide-Adama, and Donna Anna in Don Giovanni. Also a prolific writer and singer-songwriter, Sara Hershkowitz has recently begun performing and recording Bluegrass/Americana/Roots music under the artist name Sara Shiloh Rae.
